The university, represented by the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, is keen to protect the privacy of the data of users of the e-learning management system, by using the latest practices for information protection and security.
The beneficiaries' data privacy policy, which applies to the Blackboard e-learning management system, and the technical support channels for services provided by the Deanship to university employees include the following:
- Sharing beneficiary data with support service providers only for extreme necessity, and data is not shared with any unauthorized parties.
- Sharing data with our Blackboard management partners in accordance with their privacy policy, which can be referred to in their privacy statement.
- Data is collected in an automated way to implement the electronic services provided to the beneficiaries of the e-learning management system.

The deanship collects the following data on the beneficiaries:
- It is necessary to register with us in order to access the electronic services of the Deanship. However, we may collect, use, store and transfer certain information from interactive features such as contact and registration forms and online surveys, which may include various types of personal data about you.
- Identity data includes first name, last name, user name, national id number, academic number, enrolled courses, and academic level
- Contact data includes email address and phone numbers.
