The Systems and Technical Support Department is one of the departments affiliated to the administration of E-Learning and Distance Education. This department manages, maintains and updates the e-learning system - Blackboard - continuously. It also provides technical support service to all faculty and students in the university's colleges.

Management and continuous updating of e-learning systems according to the latest technologies and providing technical support to beneficiaries according to best practices in order to achieve the vision and mission of the administration.

Department tasks:
- Manage and operate the e-learning system (Blackboard) and ensure the effectiveness of the system continuously.
- Regular maintenance of the Blackboard e-learning system
- Updating the e-learning system (Blackboard) with periodic scheduling.
- Receiving and responding to inquiries through technical support channels.
- Managing and developing the administration's website.
- Upload news and announcements of the administration on the website first.
- Participate in the development of systems and technical support by submitting proposals and new mechanisms of action.
