ِAdministrative Communications Department

 

Department of Administrative Communications is one of the departments of the Deanship of e-learning, which is mainly responsible for sending and receiving administrative transactions issued and received from and to the Deanship.

 

Tasks of the Department:

  • Sending and receiving administrative transactions issued and sent to and from the Deanship.
  • Receive the incoming mail to the Deanship and deliver it to the concerned departments within the Deanship.
  • Follow-up of generalizations and administrative decisions issued by various bodies within the university.
  • Distribution of mail, photocopying and copying.
