The interactive statistics panel is one of the steps taken by the Deanship of Digital Transformation and Knowledge Resources, represented by the E-Learning Administration, to display and automate the various data related to e-learning. It is a summary of graphs that display all the numbers and statistics that are extracted from the e-Learning Management System, and it includes several sections. They are: learning management system metrics, virtual classroom metrics, in addition to technical support statistics, training courses, and e-learning initiative data (flexible learning paths - OERx open resource platform - Najran University platform for lifelong learning NUx), as these numbers are displayed using interactive and advanced smart panels that are updated periodically and regularly from the database. Statistics to help monitor the progress of the educational process, control its quality, and prepare reports and analyze results based on the use of the e-learning management system.

The effectiveness of the interactive statistics panel stems from several aspects, which are summarized as follows:

• Automating data to facilitate the process of analyzing it and benefiting from it for improvement and development, which contributes to saving material and time costs in several ways, including reducing the steps for manual data entry and analysis, as well as the accuracy of the decisions and steps that management takes based on organized data.
• Facilitating the follow-up of the entity’s quality and commitment (e-learning - e-training - open resources - e-learning initiatives) efficiently and effectively.
• Help reduce the burden of sharing data and insights with third-party stakeholders.
• Providing the possibility of comparing the progress of the e-learning and training process at different points in time to identify previous and potential challenges and possible aspects of development.
• Assisting in forecasting processes in e-learning and training to take the necessary proactive and developmental steps.
