The Deanship of Digital Transformation and Knowledge Resources, represented by the Administration of E-Learning and Distance Education, organized a training course entitled "Blackboard Basics" on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, targeting university students to familiarize them with the mechanisms for using the system efficiently and enhancing their ability to interact with digital courses. The course was attended by 81 students from various disciplines, and included a detailed explanation of how to access and manage courses, follow up on activities and tasks, and interact with faculty members through the system's various tools, such as forums, discussion boards, and email. The course also included practical training on how to submit electronic assignments, review assessments and grades, and benefit from the resources available within the platform. The course witnessed great interaction from the participants, as time was allocated to answer their inquiries and provide practical scenarios that help them deal with the system effectively. This course comes as part of the Deanship's ongoing efforts to enhance students' skills in using educational technologies and develop their academic experience in line with the digital transformation in university education, which contributes to enabling them to make the most of the e-learning environment and support their academic success.
