  1. Formulating the vision, mission, and general objectives of the Deanship in collaboration with all its departments and agencies.
  2. Studying issues and challenges faced by the Deanship’s administrative units and proposing appropriate solutions.

  3. Regularly monitoring the effectiveness and relevance of services through various methods, including student surveys on service usage and satisfaction levels.

  4. Overseeing the evaluation of the Deanship’s activities and services in alignment with the standards of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA).

  5. Providing indicators and evidence that demonstrate the quality of performance in the programs, activities, and services offered by the Deanship.

  6. Promoting a culture of development and quality among Deanship staff by proposing workshops, training courses, and programs.

  7. Engaging all Deanship members in development efforts, encouraging dialogue, and providing them with the necessary support to improve performance levels.

  8. Assessing the training needs of Deanship staff and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
