Introduction to the department :

Communication has a clear importance and an urgent necessity in business management. Effective communication in general between individuals within the same group or between different groups achieves clear progress and growth for individuals and groups. It enables the manager to analyze matters and dilemmas in a peaceful manner and reach the correct and appropriate solutions.

 

Department message:

Facilitate decision-making processes, communicate with the units of the administration, and follow up on various administrative decisions to achieve the vision and mission of the administration.

 

Department objectives:

  1. Provide each of the departments with the necessary information to carry out the work.
  2. Achievement at work and satisfaction with the results by achieving goals for the people working on them.

 

Department tasks:

  1. Sending and receiving incoming and outgoing administrative transactions to and from the administration.
  2. Receive incoming mail to the administrationand deliver it to the relevant departments within the administration.
  3. Follow up the circulars and administrative decisions issued by the various authorities within the university.
  4. Mail distribution, photocopying and photocopying.
